Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
This privacy policy applies to all visitors of our website and all registered users of our services and applications. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
1. Who we are
Our website address is: https://dataspeak.nl. The responsible party for the processing of personal data is DataSpeak B.V. (hereinafter "we", "us" or "our").
2. What data we collect and why
We collect data to provide our services, improve them, and communicate with you.
For Visitors of our Website
Conversations via our assistant "Dana": We store conversation content, including any personal information you share.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited to secure and improve the website.
For Registered Users
Account data: Name, email address, and authentication credentials (via Google or Microsoft).
Conversations and content: All messages, files, and feedback you send or upload, plus information collected through forms and from systems connected by the customer.
Billing data: Billing address and contact details for paid services. We do not store credit card or banking information.
Connected third-party services
When a customer connects a third-party system to DataSpeak (for example CRM, helpdesk, storage, messaging, or custom APIs), we process personal data from that system on the customer's instructions to provide AI assistants, automations, and integrations configured in their DataSpeak account.
Depending on the connection, this may include conversation or ticket content, contact details, user or account identifiers, metadata, and files the customer chooses to sync or expose through the integration.
We use this data only to deliver the connected services the customer has enabled, such as AI-assisted responses, workflow automation, and data synchronization.
For data relating to the customer's end users, the customer is typically the controller and DataSpeak acts as a processor (or sub-processor where applicable), processing data solely on documented instructions from the customer.
The exact scope depends on what the customer connects and configures. See our integrations overview for an overview of supported systems. That page is illustrative and not an exhaustive legal list of every possible connection.
Retention, security, and your rights for this data follow the same principles described in the sections below.
3. Cookies

• Functional cookies are necessary for the website to function correctly.

4. Who we share your data with
The protection of your data is a priority for us. We do not share your personal data with third parties, unless this is necessary for providing our services or to comply with a legal obligation.
For the functioning of our website and services, we engage carefully selected service providers. These parties support us, for example, with technical infrastructure and data processing. We have made clear agreements with these partners to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data. They act exclusively on our behalf and may not use the data for their own purposes under any circumstances.
We will never sell your data to third parties.
5. How long we keep your data
We do not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. Conversation data via the Dana widget and analytical data are kept as long as this is relevant for improving our services, taking into account legal retention periods.
6. Data security
We take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification.

You have the right to view, correct, or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw any consent for data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by DataSpeak B.V.
